Treatas faces issue with drill through functionality when we drill on null columns which haves values. Do you have any suggestions how can we fix it

Nulls means...I hope u have some values not present in dimension but you have those values in fact. So, introduce new entry unknown in dimension table and tag those unmapped values in fact as unknown. In this way you replace null with unknown and drillthrough will work perfectly

Yes based on different scenarios you need to choose respective functions. Same results can be achieved by many functions
