You have a value in a column which is having text. You cant convert to float or numeric. Fix that value first then import.

Data modelling is what Modelling in Power BI. You need to finally design star schema (Facts / Dimension) or Snow flake schema. Types of dimension like Slowly changing Dimension. Different Fact Tables. These topics are covered in Data warehousing playlist. Learn those things as well. More over As I repeatedly saying Power BI alone is not enough.
