After the storm in Power Book 2 Ghost's opener, there was a bit of calm in the following episode of Ghost, however, Power Book 2 Ghost Season 4 Episode 3 was another explosive episode which focused on revelations, secrets and the legacy of past and present characters. Ghost Season 4 revealed Zion, a new character who seems like he had ties to Tariq St Patrick's father Ghost and also Tommy from OG Power. However, that wasn't the only revelation. In Power Episode 3, It was also revealed to Monet through Kate Egan's ring doorbell footage that Diana was the one who leaked Tasha's location, dressed like her mother! A revelation that will change the game of Power Book 2 Ghost Season 4 going forward.

monet most definitely heard of ghost and tommy before she just never really knew them much. the tejadas aren’t as big as they seem bro 😂 at least at the point and time where ghost was in the game. if ruiz was really their connect, they didn’t know of ghost because i highly doubt ruiz is telling his primeras who his connect his. the RSK’s were running the entire queens as well at a certain point and time til kanan and dre took their territory, i’m thinking once ghost wiped out the entire network, that’s when the tejadas started gaining more territory in queens, but they weren’t really up til around the end of power.

Five things that stand out on episode 3: 1) Tariq using Effie to eliminated Roman (Ghost like move) 2) Zion knows who Ghost & Tommy are. 3) Noma kills Obi afterwards she hooks up with Cane. And it looks to be you’ll be her number two. 4) Brayden needs to be careful with Elle we all know in the power universe love interest never ends well. 5) Monet knows the truth that both Diana & Dru try to set up their mother to die. And as a honorable mention, episode four just can’t get here soon enough the midseason finale is gonna be crazy.

Cane is exposed to being a pawn for diana and dru unawarenesson cane part and monet knew at that moment cane didn't know and she realized cane was right it didn't add up and she now sees. Diana got exposed for lyin monet got exposed in front of her sister for killing Lorenzo dru exposed for knowing what happend they lied in her face and he acted like he was looking for the shooter after blaiming Tariq knowing they set it up and wasnt really looking for the shooter. They really did a great job of rehabilitating his character. The turning point was them eliminating the unnecessary 🌈 stuff. It was holding his character back and making him way too soft & emotional. He’s still unlikable but now it’s for all the right reasons

Kate was in NY during Book 2 season 3 for Diana to show up. Season 4 she’s not there. Kate showed up in Book 4 season 2 and doesn’t say anything about the message or any sort of NY connection involving a rat.

@@misterw591 think back to season 1 of Force. Everything occurred after Ghost died and Tommy left NY. The events that were taking place in Ghost happens before Force. We just don’t know exactly how far ahead the timeline is. Also Kate went back to NY for a bit after relapsing because she assumed Tommy killed D-Mac when D-Mac went MIA. Tommy led her to believe D-Mac died but she didn’t know Tommy and JP sent him away. So when she was back in NY that’s when she got the letter from Diana. She’s not in Season 4 because she returned to Chicago and has been back in Chicago for awhile.

I think because we didn't see the rest of the conversation with Tariq and Davis, the play with Davis going to see Noma came from Tariq. Tariq knows that Davis needs more money besides them hustling, Davis can get money from Noma because of his resources. Hopefully, we will the relationship with Davis and Tariq grow.

The thing I love about this episode is that no matter what Tariq does he will never measure up to his father or get a reputation like Ghost or Tommy. And the Tejadas prove once again how incompetent and stupid they really are. Drew continues to underestimate Cane. He thinks that he’s smarter than him, but in actuality, he’s not. He doesn’t have the gut instinct that Cane possesses, nor his mental prowess, or unabashed violence. He doesn’t look at all of the pieces on the board, only on what’s right in front of him. Cane recognizing that Noma’s lust for him, coupled w the loyalty he’s shown her & his street savvy, could only solidify his position as her #2 as a part of his exit strategy was *chef’s kiss*. Tariq & Cane are definitely the two strongest characters, & nemesis bc of their undeniable parallels. This was a great episode! 🔥
