Interviewers tend to ask the same questions but Sharronda always thinks outside the box and asks great questions!

Very creative questions...that you can tell Joseph appreciated! These questions allowed him to reflect not only what new things he learned about Tommy...but also, what aspects Joseph himself applied on the career projects he chose. LOVE the personal closing statements you use in your interview. The actors can tell it is genuine and they echo back thoughtful closing sentiments to you. Never change - it is a winning formula for you!!! It is a "signature" that the other interviewers do not have! 👏🏾❤🌹
