bro just wait till you deep dive into his music. There are literally little sections in his songs that sound so beautiful I actively remember the timestamps and pull them up like they're actual songs
This song is nostalgic, sad and happy. All at the same time. It’s the perfect song to put while sun is setting or evening, and you’re next to someone special on a trip or just having a good time.
Yoooo you’d probably find out visuals and sound pretty interesting then !! If you have a second and are looking for something new to listen to let us know what you think 🤔 🥺 we are really trying to get out box and talk to more people on here
One of my close friends recently passed away. A few weeks ago she sent me this song and said, “This my theme song for the year”. Rest In Peace Lei 🙏🫶💛. I love you sis.
I’m so sorry for your loss Joshua. I understand how it is losing a close friend, I lost one in 2014. It’s hard but Lei forever lives in your heart. One day you’ll think of her and smile from all the memories instead of mourn. Rest in Peace Lei 💛
Jean combines his influences so well. Absolutely cannot wait to see what he becomes. Music of this caliber deserves a much bigger fanbase than he already has.
When I first heard Bruiseboy back in February or March I thought it sounded a lot like Kevin Abstract, actually one of the first things I noticed about him
@@stephenanthonysmith we’ve got a lot of different sounds but I’d check out nvm and witching hour those are our favorites visual wise 🤙 but any Criticism or feedback would be dope !!
this video was recommended to me 2 years ago, and after that he has become my most listened to artist, went to his concert and met him, took pics etc, thank u yt for showing me this goat and future of music
his voice has this raw, desperate energy to it....it's beautiful. Like the opening part when he sings, is just....beautiful. and then he hits his hard rock part, and your already emotionally invested, so now it's like, letting out that cloud emotion...it's beautiful.
Spotify algorithm recommended this song to me and here i am 3 years later. Listened to this a hundred times, waiting for every new song. You opened my eyes, inspired me to finally start creating my own music. Thank you jean and thank you spotify
Dear RU-vid algorithm, it's been 6 months since you recommended this genius of an artist to me and now i'm more grateful than ever for that. thank you for letting me be a part of this and also thank you jean for creating this wonderful piece of art. pixel bath out now listen to it honestly it's amazing
People these days will fall for any artist with a gimmicky sound and retro aesthetic. He's talented AF for sure but the songwriting is average at best and he's just taking cues from his influences without much originality.
@@judeoc5390 don't get me wrong he's dope. But no originality, not a lot of substance, tapping into the same bag that King Krule, Brockhampton, X, etc have all done before, I'mma pass
so i listened to glory, and fell in love with it. got curious and looked up more jean songs, heard about 3 more, and was in tears. i loved all of them. started to wonder about this guy life and what he has probably experienced. hmmm? i then googled "his best song", thiz song came up. As soon as it started playing, i recognized it. my heart dropped. my exgirlfriend showed me this song many months ago, bless her heart! shes not doing to hott right now, ive felt every emotion under the sun for this girl, good nd bad. now i just worry for her, inshallah god will keep her safe on her journey. this guy is definite very talented
“There’s nothing new out there” bruh people are stupid this is literally music as of right now like this man fused 2000s indie electro and punk but then he’s singing like blink 182 and juiceworld with hints of franky 🌅 love the creativity btw the echoed synth lead reminds me of owl city which is a plus for a lot of people
i know everyone is talking about how amazing this song is and i absolutely could not agree more but can we also talk about how the heck they filmed the shots of Jean over the road??? Absolutely insane cinematography and videography as well. everything about this song and video is a masterpiece
It’s funny cuz I had this song on repeat last month so when this song played at the beginning of the last episode I thought my music was playing on accident LMAOO
I hope it becomes one of those songs like midnight city, mr bright side, and feel good inc, that everyone knows and loves and after many years it’ll still be a bop
heard this song live earlier this month and bro it’s amazing, the complete strangers that were there sharing the moment and vibing with me was awesome. can’t wait till he comes back to chicago.
