Power Glove - Hunters (Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon version, Variation) 

This little $15 dollar game gave me more fulfillment than a good portion of games I've played in the last couple years... and I've never played a Far Cry game before.

2021, still a masterpiece

Very good of them to actually pay attention to the retro electro scene and ask Power Glove for this instead of just asking some industry soundtrack guy to do it. If you like this sound, check out Pertubator, Miami Nights 1984, Noir Deco, LazerHawk, Mitch Murder, Lost Years, Com Truise.

Funny how this song kept looping on the mission (for almost 30 minutes) and not once did I get tired of it. It's almost as if it got better and better. 🔥

2022. Best fucking FPS I've played in a long time. I legit smiled during the slaughter fest against the undead. and this music. I am a sucker 80s synth.

Picking up the first weapon in the arena right as the beat drops is the most satisfying thing I've done in gaming to date. This whole game is a masterclass in FPS games.

The battle with this song must be one of the most intense gaming experiences I've ever had.

This game is a tight little package! It's not a grand epoch you have to play 100+ hours to complete(i.e. not boring you to death) AND you get more than your moneys' worth with this soundtrack alone! A perfect deal for the price point it was given!

I need a physical ost disc of this, one of the best DLC's ever made deserves the best tape treatment.

Honestly I paid $1.99 for this game, Best $1.99 I've ever spent Awesome Gameplay, Awesome Soundtrack, Michael Biehn voiced protagonist What's not to love about this game Honestly! :)

I’ve always watched and seen the amazing title of the Far Cry games. RU-vid, GameStop, Posters, Advertisements, i saw it everywhere. I could only dream of ever having the game. Until my dad bought me a new XBOX 360. I was scrolling through all the amazing games my new XBOX had and i saw it…FAR CRY 3! I gasped in shock because I’ve been hearing on how amazing the game is. I love keyboard synth music. Like Lazerhawk. He has amazing keyboard solos. And so does this game! Once i went into the game, i saw the graphics and I literally said: “holy SH*T!!!” The robotic arm, the music, the CYBER EYE. AND I MEAN THEY EVEN ADDED ENTIRE DESCRIPTIONS FOR THE ANIMALS IN THE GAME! DUDE AND THE CYBER PANTHER!? Truly amazing game…like im not even joking if you dont have it get it!

This song is from a movie called Hobo with a Shotgun " Summon the Plague" was reference to cyborg demon hunters in the movie which were called the Plague. you should watch a clip of them on YT it's sick.

The fact that this was never on the original OST fucking pissed me right off. This is the one song everyone was fucking looking for.

Far Cry 3 runs on the Dunia engine, essentially a reworked version of CryEngine since Ubisoft didn't get the rights to it when they made FC2. From a technical perspective it is still good looking, but yeah its not nearly as taxing on hardware as the Metro games. Blood Dragon is more a testament to a unique and colourful visual style making it easy to completely ignore graphical imperfections that are associated with games trying to be as realistic as possible.
