This is a slowed down version of power.mp3 which is ab alternative mix of starman.ogg (both being by @sapvant). I, after some people and I in my discord contacted Linktober from the Super Mario 127 team, he not only confirmed sapvant made starman.ogg but also gave us some alternative versions pyrule (sap) had sent in prior to the final, albeit unused, copy. I then took all the versions and uploaded them to RU-vid, not only making me the first (and mostly only) distributor of these audios but also the person with the current most high quality copy of all of them available. ​@@carloquito777the ROM hack is not deleted. it's still out there. I don't remember what it was called but it something along the lines of rainbow Mario or something. I'd assume the mix up is because of unreal's channel termination. Unreal didn't make the mod and the creator still has there video out there somewhere.
