What an irony, I must say... we are the most populous country...though, when asked everyone is lonely 😕. Being alone is better than being lonely 👇🏻 When u realise your own company is wonderful than anybody else's. Yoga & meditation provides you this opportunity. Spend time with your inner self, ask questions to youself, reflect on issues that bothers you . People need to be emotionally intelligent and develop (interpersonal) soft skills. Today people listen to reply, not to understand. Listening skills should be motivated. Have the patience to listen. Always remember we have 2 ears and 1 mouth. (One needs to understand the other's point of view...)
