when i was a dj i would use a groove box (in the 90´s with a sampler) either than two sl-1200mkII bought in 79 and i would create other tracks than others 45 maxi-singles some tracks done with sampled sounds on my groovebox ,also since 1970 i have a very good studio at home this assembled by my father and evolved through the years ,where i can make some analogue recordings to later re-arrenge them with efects from the mixing board or the groove machine, but all ended in 2005, one doesn´t need much ,once in a night club, concert hall, art gallery and restaurant from a friend i was showing what could be done in the MC-303 and the clients were claping like i was doing anything ,just changing tracks show some diferent arpegious and the possibility to stop tracks from the title and rythm section appart, some were even dancing already, than i use the original tracks that came with the machine and by cancelling sounds or in the rythm section doing the same by lighting some keys or putting them off they thought it was me playing some kind of rudimentary dj set ,what to say ,they liked it, but some 20 years ago i bought a much usefull machine that by playing alone i would create first all that i needed to only play guitar in the end,this talking about drums, bass lines or rythm guitar parts including only some sounds with efects, kind of one man band show, in english i can´t express my self that good but the sequentiator that was included in the mc-303, does erase any errors , hurray for digital.
