My favorite Power story: I’m from a town in eastern Washington that, in the 90’s had maybe a dozen writers. I found Can Control in the magazine section of a cool video store. In the back of the mag were adds to order some caps, because I was tired of scrounging caps off various different cans all the time. Power had a family member that lived in this town and was there for Christmas one year. So on Christmas Eve I hear a knock at the door and open it up and who is it?! Fucking Power One from Can Control. He hand delivered my caps, also hooked me up with a hoodie and some mags. ABSOLUTE FUCKING LEGEND. He came back a few times and we painted together. I have so much love for this dude. Definitely following this pod now too.

POWER was a steady hitter for sure... I remember when Lance would connect with him Frame and Slick and all those guys. Really have to say we appreciate it the grass roots level approach they had with the newsletters. At the time me and KMCone was painting together a bit and managed to get recognition by the newsletter/miniature graff magazine. I believe it even covered some of our early LTS work. Rest in peace to Dream, and much love to Charlie and Mr Power for supporting the graffiti scene in those integral matters as he mentioned from the various contributions to the trains and walls to the documentation and picture trading they participated in.
