There's just something about those photos you put at the end that just really hit a great sense of nostalgia. Modern toy photography is great and all, but there's a certain aesthetic found in those stills that can't be emulated. Thanks for sharing Bruno.
Bruno I’m so glad you share stuff like this with you’re fan base I’ve been watching the show since very early on in the Disney era but I knew of Tommy and his background thanks to the vhs tapes you have no idea how happy seeing stuff like this makes me I had a pretty decent collection as a kid but during that time some things got destroyed or lost and I only have a small handful of original stuff from back then I have become very saddened by the state of the toys currently in stores due to the fact that they are mostly overshadowed by other franchises and thus only having a small portion of space left on the shelves but as a result of that and financial reasons I haven’t collected much anymore but seeing you’re videos particularly on some of the seasons I grew up with makes me smile happily and gives me hope for the franchise going forward keep up the good work my friend and may the power protect you
Wow! You have had an awesome raw talent since a young age! I love seeing your passion shine through despite your lack of access to better technology. Perhaps that lack led to an increase in ingenuity and creativity, and that has made you a better creator today.
I wish I had the foresight to keep my old toys, but I was a stupid 14 year old that decided I was "too old" for them. Thankfully I've been able to rebuild some of my collection, plus some.
It’s really great that you got all these figures Bruno you had great patience and I hope you keep getting all these figures to make great stop motions and videos, we love you Bruno and as the power rangers would say, may the power protect you
Another amazing video,I loved the original VHS&photos, would like to see more of that footage😍,Rita's moonbase now is outstanding, a great diorama, again brilliant 👏
Wow that's pretty cool Even though technology was difficult to come by and you have shown that all you need is resourcefulness and the right attitude to accomplish things. must be quite nostalgic to find these old footage, thanks for sharing
Love these old clips. I love watching how people do their Stop Motion. Its kinda funny how tech has gotten better, but the way Stop Motion is done hasn't. Its still Pose, Snap, Move, Repeat (T-shirt 😉)
Damn that was awesome! VERY Very impressive man, can't believe you shot all that with just a camcorder, I don't even know how that's possible without editing software. Love it!
This has gotta be my favorite recent video! So many cool shots, from future and past! And look!!! You got Gokai Galleon Key! That is so generous of them! (Note, when using that key, the getter song will play all the way through uninterrupted.)
Really like this video. A lot of nice throw back photos and videos. I remember playing a lot with the 12inch green ranger figures. I remember at one point trying to make a parachute for the figure and throw out my third floor window.... The parachute didn't work annnnnd it was the end of the green ranger figure haha
I think It would be fun to see you recreate the skits you did as a kid with the stuff you have now, of course when you have the time. I know you guys are busy . Keep up the great work, You guys are the best!
Amazing! I love the sets even the old ones from those times I miss. I remember you made a video about your dad 5 years ago about what happened to him cause now my dad's in the hospital had a brain blood clot he's 67. I'm sad and worried and remembering when he gave me ninja turtles figures 30 years ago and took me to carnivals when I was little.
Great video, and I really love the pictures at the end. They feel really nostalgic and close to home for me, it's great to have pictures like those as both memories and just cool pics to look at.
Damn, I haven't watched your videos in years now, but I just remembered your channel and wanted to see how your doing and it seems your doing good and still collecting! I hope everything is going well and I hope more success comes your way! 😁👍
Yeah, I watched the show for the sentai footage. I didn't have any other way to see sentai as a kid. The closest I got was renting Godzilla movies. If people want an idea of what a Power Rangers show with no sentai footage is like, they should watch the Thunder Zord arc. I didn't think it was good. The white ranger episodes had sentai footage, so they stand out above the rest. I still appreciate the civilian fights during those seasons. The stunt work of the cast was amazing. Great seeing the cast do their own stunts.
Cool animation and pictures Bruno ( glad you didn’t burn your house down in the process back then too) and nice work on the 3D prints Mia ( the palace came out pretty well)
Great video! Whats funny is I use to do the same thing. The stop motion, and try to recreate sets I mean. Plus was always customizing early on as well. I love seeing stuff like this. I do agree as well as a kid if we got the Monster Matic or Zedds thrones I would have freaked. Glad we have it now though. A lot of my figures, and megazords were given away over the years with out my permission so Im slowly re getting them. Still cool to see how similar we are as fans.
Zeo Zords are some of my favourites, also always thinking what happened to those toys when i see stuff on ebay. Really take the best care of my stuff even as i was a little kid.
Dude that would have been AWESOME when I was a bit younger and seeing someone do videos like that! Very cool!!! Glad you kept your inspirations until later in life because, as you said, look where you are now!! By the way, I got to meet Chris (Andros) today at a very small local comic con! You have a pretty awesome Ranger buddy there, for sure!
Great video Bruno! If you ever had the time/resources would you try to recreate the stop motion shorts you made back in the day with the current Lightning Collection figures?
I've never stopped. Animation in almost every video over the past 15 years. I would LOVE to have all of the characters I need to re-enact a large portion of the movie. 2022 and still not a single Oozeman figure ever made. Not sure if I'll ever get my Ninjetti figures... how long ago did I order them? Now I can't even find any evidence of having ordered blue/black, even though I know I did... (I wish we didn't have to order things a year in advance!) Not animated, but I did set up the city shots in my Legacy Ninja Megazord video and did the Falconzord bridge: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GexAmNceTNU.html I wish Hasbro would do a chrome movie Megazord. Fans would so buy that. If they ever do a complete movie collection I'd totally want to do some cool thing with that, if we could ever find funding for this channel again.
Man, your set IS how I hope to eventually display the villain portion of my collection. I see so many collectors display behind glass and while it looks very professional... it lacks the fun. I hope to display mine similar to your stage, like an inside look into the Bandora Castle with Zed and Rita. Like capturing that moment in time as they give the monster their orders. So fan question: What monster figure do you most want to see get released next? - I only collect the first 3 seasons so I got a few retro favorites I would love to see
Bloody technology. I got a mini dv tape camcorder I got for Christmas in the closet. It was amazing for me back then. Now I got HD cameras all over the place from old tablets to phones to my DLSR's. Red Sentry..............I don't know why this isn't in the US yet but everywhere else. Items announced before and after have popped up. I mean Pudgy Pig was announced as a con exclusive.....and the unannounced wide release version was out long before the Con version was shipped. At this rate the Ninjetti figure might beat it to stores.
I liked the combination of American and Japanese footage back in the day too. I wanted the suits changed each season, but the Alien Rangers were not the best way. They should've just used the Dai and Kaku suits for the main team so we'd get new figures each season.
Hey Bruno just a thought since you love trains an creating things I would love to see you use the 3d printer to make a power rangers rescue train that actually move what a project that would be
I don't know why they'd miss out on selling toys from the current season. Dimetro Blazing Zord is kinda needed for quite a few formations... that'd be especially odd to omit. I really hope they plan to do him too, at the very least.
I wish people wanted more from us. We do such cool and unique things. What's there to react to? We knew these things were coming. Nothing we haven't seen before. My reaction is more to how so many people feel let down by the livestream, but I feel like this is something we didn't have before, and don't actually need. I see it as extra, and kinda unnecessary. Growing up I had the back of the box to tell me what to look out for over the next year or so, and that was more than enough. I skipped both the helmet and sword, too expensive. My Bandai sword is fine. I also said the Ninja Rangers were coming a while back. Obviously they weren't going to omit red and yellow, or ignore Kat. Wouldn't you rather see a video in our style that 50 other people didn't already post...?
I want the Mighty Morphin Red tyrannosaurus Sentry 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥He would go Great with My Pink Ranger Slayer and Lord Drakkon 🔥🔥 along with Astronema and my 2 Evil A-Squad Blue and Yellow Rangers oh I also have Pudgy Pig and Eye Guy 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Are you gonna pick up the Super 7 figures when they drop? I'm preordering three a month until I have them all ordered because I'm a bit tired of Hasbro's prices going up while the quality is going down.
I see Super7 as more of an in addition to. They still cost more than double what a Hasbro figure does and they're all figures we've already just bought from Hasbro. So we'll again be re-buying the MMPR team, Zedd, Rita, Goldar, monsters, etc. Despite the annoying QC issues, Hasbro's still made the most screen accurate figures in history at a (mostly...) affordable price. If you only want Mighty Morphin, then maybe switching to Super7 is more realistic, but if you buy all of the teams and display them together, MMPR is going to look weird with the rest of your Hasbro teams. I was actually fine with Bandai's action hero line. Whatever the line, I just want a collection that all looks like it goes together, vs a bunch of different scales and styles. Super7 does good work though. Haven't ordered PR yet, they've been getting all of my $$$ for TMNT & Disney Ultimates.
@@MMPRtoys Oh!? I expected it was something found elsewhere! Didn't realize it was something you guys were gonna be able to share with us! That's awesome! She can take allll the time in the world!
I only have lightning collection lord drakkon ranger slayer blue mighty morphing blue beast morpher lost galaxy red and psycho red, blue the ones I have from hasbro that are not lightning collection are beast morpher red yellow their beast bots and the 2 blazes
That is who they belonged to... it was kids who bought Power Ranger toys when the show came out. Today it's usually former kids buying things they had as kids, but these were toys for kids when they came out, which is what I was when I was setting them on fire in my videos. I just managed to never break or lose anything despite all of the nature locations and explosives (and cross-country moves, and various storage conditions...) So, somebody was playing rougher than explosives!
