RIVERA STEPPED BOTH SLAPS.. And Power slap tried to cover it up..They need to stop letting him fight.... First slap he lifted his heel high but the other contender get a foul for flinching.. Rivera Stepped on his second slap swell and they let it slide.... BULLSHIT... Thats absolute bullshit especially cause he does this EVERY SINGLE FIGHT!! and the promotion let him get away with it..
