I have two of these. They are everything they are saying on more. I use mine almost every day. The griddle is fabulous for making omelets as well as many other treats. Temperature control is what gives you consistency in your meals. Highly recommend these units. Got one for my brother.
but it is not consistently heating throughout the grill. That's my problem. You have even here meat with different degrees of being cooked even with the same cuts of meat.
