Cotto is one of my idols no doubt. Actually met him, very courteous and humble, imo he has nothing else to prove. 3 time world champion. He should probably fight 1 or 2 fights and retire and I believe those are his plans. Go Cotto Im very proud of you man! Cotto is my idol now. I started boxing at 22 yrs old and 1 yr later I really appreciate his art of boxing style. I always intimate him, the way he move, he combination. The way he shadowbox and punching a bag.

I love the music. It went well with his movement almost like he had this exact music in his head while he was training. I love puerto Rico.and there customs musics women and heritage and I'm black/Brazilian I've noticed puerto ricans and blacks get along way better and have a lot more respect for each other then Mexicans and blacks. Great fighter. Not sure he can beat Mosley. He would have beaten the shingles off of Margarito, but my boy Paul "The Punisher" Williams changed the course of history just as I predicted he would. Nobody in Cotto's camp wanted to fight Mosley, but it became their only option. Mosley's weakness is against range and a strong, assertive jab. Cotto is an in-your-face style fighter with skill, sort of like a mini Tyson. I don't know, this fight could go either direction.
this was teh cotto in his prime..cotto needs some long time off to heal his body since in 2 years he had taken two huge beating..and then hire a new and veteran corner man..like manny stewart or nacho berrestien.

That was towards the end of the fight with floyd 11th round. Cotto took away any mobility Judah had with a low blow in the 1st and 3rd round. If you Box you would know this.

You were watching the fight you wanted to see then. Cotto landed all the clean, effective punches throughout that fight. Mosley had only an occasional right hand. Everything else was ineffective, for the most part. Cotto won that fight decidedly with quality boxing. I'm sick of all these people saying it was a draw or Mosley won. You weren't watching the fight for what it was, you were watching for what you wanted it to be.

Miguel really only has 1 loss margarito cheated the first fight in my opinion. Cottos body was really ready for 154 and he manny made him come down to 145 which didn't make a huge difference but enough when u add in that was deffinently a fight when pacquiao was on steroids. Many was on steroids for a few fight, dlh, hatton, cotto for sure but when mayweather brought attention to him he stopped taking steroids and do u notice his performances dramatically dropped.
