Is it better to put the hose reels on the side or towards the back? I can’t find any videos besides this one online they have the hose reels on the sliding door. I’m currently building a van.

Is a personal preference. Residential best in the passenger side. Commercial can be either but I prefer off the back.

Doug, nice build. Do you sell the Custome fuel tank? How many gallons is that and what are the dimensions? Also I saw on another video you had the kingslinger mounted on a skid next to an 8gpm machine. Doesn’t the exhaust from the compressor damage the pressure washer. Thanks

Yes we sell them, mine is a 12 Gallon, I think 12x12 or maybe a little larger. The pressure washer was far enough away it did not cause damage.

Good day!, Question, The van is really neat, The equipment is closed in from theft and weather. Now, since I would have great use for a van setup like this because I also run some other equipment that has to stay enclosed. The only main concern that I keep hearing from other pressure pros is that trucks alone or with trailers are best because of chem corrosion and fumes, Have you noticed this or other van setups going strong over a several years? What is in your industry professional opinion and history to say which setup vehicle is the best? pick up truck with setup in the bed like a skid or a promaster van setup with a wall divide between driver and chem. Thanks! I"m currently running a truck with a small trailer and like to keep it as compact as possible with out a trailer as possible so I'm checking for the pro tried and true answers.

In my opinion the best vehicle is one that you don’t have to haul a trailer lol. Vans/Enclosed trailers/trucks are fine as long as you vent your bleach tank and have a way to fill the bleach tank without opening the lid. The offgassing from the bleach tank is what can cause corrosion on everything inside it

Is the cargo barrier that separates the driver from the business end spray foamed, to prevent expanded gasoline fumes from the heat and residual exhaust fumes from entering the cab?

Did you have any issues drilling those mounts into the floor of the van? How do you avoid drilling down and hitting a fuel line or something important. ?

@@PressureCleaningSch I had a job yesterday where water was unavailable. I have the 8GPM with the 28 inch big guy with 2 -55 gal h2o tanks plumbed together and I had to drive off and refill 2 additional times. 😡Is 80 gal water a little light capacity (not criticizing) or did you limit it because of the weight?

@@brianfletcher7942 as long as we have water supply the 80 gallon capacity has not been an issue. If your don’t have water supply then yes it will be. Even a 225 gallon tank w no water supply will be an issue depending on the job. I rarely ever will take on a job that has no water supply availability. It’s very rare that happens so just not worth to me having a rig w tank that I can haul water.
