This video deals with what some call a variation of the Power Scheme. I call it the Gut Scheme, some coaches in the Gun-T community call it Belly, and one coach that I talked with calls it Wham in his offense. Whatever you call it, it is a way to have a strong and powerful running game while also having three Wide Receivers while spreading out the defense.
Be sure to stay tuned until the end and check out a special offer from Football Talk with Coach Chip.
This video has diagrams and talks about blocking rules before showing you some game clips of high schools and colleges running it. I talk you through as I show you different ways to run this scheme with so many names.
I almost forgot; I also show you how you can use the scheme with RPOs and Run Options.
