No special diet. I just eat salad for dinner and drink a lot of water during the day. I also stopped eating bread. I don't do exercises. It's just that when I listen to this mantra I think about how I remove the fat from my stomach.

I've been listening for 2 days and I see some changes in my belly and i also took some photo today, looked like im also losing fat from my face. belly and face is so far noticable for me for now. I should also add that I've done exercise too. I walked in treadmill for 2 hours at home and did some cardio exercise watching youtube

There is no translation for this. It is just Sanskrit...the beej or seed words (words resonating with Universal energies) associated with the Manipura Chakra (navel area) which will activate only when chanted correctly in this script.
