When ever I dress up well I just keep looking at myself in the mirror every now and then I feel good about myself, it gives me a self confidence so yeah dressing well plays a vital role in our daily lives
Since my divorce, I have been looking after myself, taking time on my self-care inside and outside. I have been dressing much better, and doing my sublte make up everyday. In the last month, I am not even kidding about the number of smiles and looks I get from men and women on the streets. I feel like so much has changed just from the way I dress and walk and how my face looks. I might be radiating confidence without even knowing I am doing it. There has not been a single day, in the last 2 weeks that I have not had someone look at me, and I don't mean look at me just normally, but LOOK at me. I feel great !
Personally, the way I'm dressed most times determines my mood for that day. Naturally, I am not so much of a confident/bold person but I have taken time to study myself well and i know that when i dress great and people complements me, my confidence level becomes higher and i find it easy to express myself without feeling like somebody's going to bite me or look down on me. When I'm underdressed, my whole day is messed up already and it takes extra effort to fake a good mood. I walked very confidently when I was younger and my mum’s friend said I walked like I carry the world on my shoulder and I begun to slouch when walking 🚶♀️ 🤦🏽♀️
It's like we're trying to prove to them we were not walking like we are carrying the world on our shoulder so we show them the difference by beginning to slouch. We often do this absent minded.
I love clothes and I love dressing up. It's creative, it's fun, it's uplifting, it's art. When I wear my heels I feel transformed and when I put my lipstick on I feel like the sun has come out. I trully believe that taking care of one's self and dressing well can be very helpful when things look bleak.

Thank you, I love this video. with my walking disability I wanted to learn to walk more lady like again 😢the beauty in heels is so true, but that's a thing of the past for me. I'll practice the longer stride, shoulders back, stomach in and pray i can master these things again and walk more lady like than like a lady with a walking disability.. I'm trying to gain confidence instead of having so much fear of falling.. 🙏🏽 thanks again.

We are been judged by our clothes most oftenly .. so the dress we wear presents who we are .the more we are confident about our clothing the more we feel confident about ourselves.
