Affirmations are spoken or written positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts by keep on repeating them to infused them into your subconscious mind.
They are a very powerful and proven way to create change in your life.
In order to make affirmations work, it’s important to let go of resistance and accept responsibility for our thoughts. Our affirmations are designed to release inner blocks and manifest your dream life.
While listening, repeat the statements out loud or in your head with CONVICTION!!!
Speak it as if the statement is your reality with your full beliefs!!
You can listen to them at any time in the day, as often as you desire.
If you have deep rooted resistance or your goals are very big, it is recommended to take at least 3-6 weeks of daily listening.
