Took twice the suggested dose of excedrin and still felt splitting pain behind my eye and down the entire right side of my head and back of my neck. 15 mins into this video and I’m no longer nauseous and much of the pain has subsided. I can’t believe it!?!? so grateful!

I woke up this morning with a weak headache behind my left eye, it was growing up slowly when i got arrested by the cops, the pressure made the pain goin from 5/10 to 30/10 in 2 minutes, it was unbearable i couldn't walk on a straight line, i was having some visual hallucinations and my head was on fire like it scarcely happened before. I went on RU-vid, i found this, and after 5 minutes the pain started to go away quite fast and all is doing ok now, thank you for everything you can't realize how much you help people like me who have migraines every week. You make my life better.

Wow! I tried this out of desperation and am sooooo relieved it's working!!! Typically I take Excedrin migraine and if that doesn't work, I just have to suffer and hope a cold pack and dark room can help. Whenever I have a huge migraine I put this on and I instantly fall into a trance from the sound waves. And when the music is done I wake up more calm and my migraine is sooo much better practically almost gone. This is beautiful. It’s perfect for hypersensitive people too. I get migraine’s a lot because of my hypersensitivity to sound and light . I’d give this 5 out 5 star rating. Thank you so much for this because migraine relief or headache medication doesn’t always work depending on the severity of my migraine. But I can count on the binaural beats as another solution other than medicine.

I've suffered from headaches and migraines since I was a child. This music, along with my prescribed medications, allowed me to relax comfortably so my meds could kick in. My migraines can be so severe at times, they require emergency care, even with the meds I take at home. for the the past month or so been listening to these types of videos. some never worked at all and others made my migraine worse. I found this yesterday 11 hours and 5 pain killers after my migraine started. I played this and after 10-15mins I felt it actually working. It help stop my migraine and I was able to sleep. Only thing is I never had a nice dream like others instead I dreamt I was in the walking dead lol but I tell you, I rather that than have my migraine because that's how bad they are. I don't know what kind of voodoo black magic this is, but I'm ok with it. I find the low end frequencies to be more soothing. I'm listening with Beats Studio pro and can instantly tell a difference. My heart goes out to those of you who suffer from this daily. I get 2-3/wk and that's bad enough for me. Maxalt helps sometimes. Ive also been doing yoga and massage therapy. So glad I found this though.

I love this....... I use it all the time. It works best with headphones and if you can close your eyes, even better. I use it to help ease my pain to go to sleep. I have had a headache for 3 days. Its one of those that is behind the eyes, gets worse when you turn your head and makes you want to throw up. If you listen to it then get your migraine relieved or get worse...then be sure that your migraine issue is not a medical migraine...it will be relieved by different home remedies, or by theology. I mean you willi not need a physician.

I've tried so many other videos that help with headaches and migraines but this one seems to work the best for me. I typically get headaches from sinuses that I can't massage away, drug away, drink away, etc. A hot washcloth will help for only a few minutes. The first part of the audio, where it is constant noise instead of noise then pause, noise then pause, really feels aiding. There's also a nice wave that flows from ear to ear giving an illusion that the noise is orbiting my head without being overwhelming. It may not make my pain or pressure go away completely, but it sure takes away a lot of it. Thank you so much for uploading. I keep coming back.

for all with headaches i recommend transformational breathing; you inhale deep and exhale with saying A to feel the exhalation down to the root chakra; you do it several times in a row until you can no more, you stop, then you feel like small balls are running through your body - it is hyperventialtion, i do it lying in bed, then you go a second round breathe in exhale with AAAAAAA as many times as you can - at the beginning it will be series of 5-6 in a row with intervals between them when you feel the oxygen stir up your cells, if you do it long enough your headache will go away

That's extremely dangerous, could pop blood vessels in your head, and could make you pass out with brain damage. Don't do it. Only people who train a lot should do it to be safe, because that rids your body of carbon dioxide quickly and you aren't used to that.

Given how shitty I feel today and that no matter how much painkillers I take they don't work I am definitely trying it. The only thing that seems to help me when I get migraines is lying down on my back motionless, an hour of that makes me feel much better but it is totally non viable because it usually comes back a few minutes after I get up. Well, painkillers DO work sometimes, but only sometimes and almost never make it go away completely. Drinking plenty of water, nothing. Vitamine supplements, nothing. More sleep, nothing. It just comes and ruins my day, sucks.

Kelly Cat Hey, yes I am :) Let me tell you how I cured my migraines. I started taking choline supplement (choline bitartrate) and to my surprise, pain was decreasing with each pill as if I were taking a powerful painkiller. 3 days and my migraines were gone, still taking choline, it's very cheap and available in any decent pharmacy. Why? Acetylocholine deficiency It's a long-shot, but if you have migraines, it is worth trying.

CzarnyMlot, hope you don't mind me joining your conversation. I suffer from severe migraines also and recently my husband called an ambulance because my pain became unbearable and I began vomiting uncontrollably and taken to the ER where I was given injections for the pain. After it wore off the migraines resumed for 33 days continually. I happen to come across your comment to Kelly Cat and tried the choline bitartrate pills and after the third day my migraine went completely away!!! I still get a migraine here and there but your advice has helped me immensely and I just wanted to thank you!!!! Dina

You are right...because it Is a disturbance of what is causing your migraine...and not removing the cause completely out of the body.

That was very interesting. I like it. Wish the waves were a bit louder. Head still hurts but getting outside and going to physical therapy for my jacked up neck might help too!! Will definitely do this again later. One day, someday I might be set free from this debilitating pain. Amen!
