Towards the end, when the prayer says…”this prayer is my door, my contribution to your emotional health, which is the same as mine…” to whom are we addressing at that point? Our inner child? Or perhaps those we feel we have harmed in our lives, i.e., a particular person?

The only intention, or more accurately attitude is willingness. A willingness to change our minds, to change the way we look at ourselves and the world around us, the willingness to see that there is error in our thinking and memories (old tapes based on past experience) that repeat as limitations; and the willingness to heal it and trust that if we ask, we will be shown the way. 90% is not Morrnahs prayer nor four phrases you are repeating, i understand your an affiliate of Vitale but have respect. I am a child of her wisdom, my ancestors Hawaiian teachings and I care of the true integrity of her prayers. This is falsely representing her prayers.

No disrespect to Ho'oponopono. I believe that ho'oponopono have to evolve to the present time. Dr hew len has simplified the process so it is easier to have peace within ourselves. A example I can give is if you want to travel to a far destination would you travel by car or a plane. Both will take you there . But one is faster in todays time. Everything is evolving so to make our lives better. I respect the original and Dr Hew Lens method . Has made a huge impact on people's lives. I am truly grateful for Ho'oponopono to come into my life. God Bless.
