I been fighting the Corona virus for about a week it was awful 😞 but I knew I was stronger so I started talking to my body and thanking my cells for all the hard work they do and just going through all of my organs thanking each one of them for keeping me alive and doing the best job they can day in and day out to keep me healthy and alive. I was scared y’all! It was getting hard to breathe and barely sleeping at all. But I had to move away from that feeling and remember that we are all magic and that we are capable to withstand everything we experience. This morning I’m waking up feeling better than I have in weeks!!! I was feeling so desperate.. then I remembered affirmations and they definitely work! As long as you BELIEVE in them 🙏🏻

As I was listening to this this morning, for the first time ever, a little bird flew into my bedroom and had to be let out the other window! It happened when I heard the affirmation "I am freedom". Birds always represent freedom to me because of their ability to soar the open skies. Amazing!

Started to watch in 2017 DAILY, first thing in the morning. I now own a home, in the best shape of my life, and off my anxiety meds, and have an amazing career. This isn’t the answer to it all, but it IS a component. Meditation, lifestyle choices and these daily affirmations are all part of the package. But I implore anyone who is skeptical to use this daily! I was a job hopping, weekend coke binging drinker and smoked a pack a week of cigs. I decided to change my life and have listened to this for 6+ years straight. It works! Cheers and good wishes to you! I am living proof.

All the humilliations and insults I was told were not true. I am at peace with myself. Edit: thanks for the nice answers. Little update: I have been in an abusive relationship for years. I did not even know this was abuse ( abuse does not need to be physical always). I was in a deep depression for years without even knowing, truly believing than no one would miss me even if I died, feeling worthless, useless and ugly. Whoever is in this situation needs to BLOCK the negative input. ANYONE who sends you back a negative image of yourself, does not help or support you, needs to be CUT OF from either your mind, or your life. We are ALL unique, imperfect and beautiful. Be strong !

Everyday at 5am I get on my air bike. I wear my hood over my eyes and listen to this over wireless headphones for 5 minutes of biking, followed by another 5 of lying down and just breathing. I repeat everything said here. It really makes my day. Wonderful production, lovely atmosphere. Hope everyone is having strength and calm.
