Juliana, please consider having your daughter with fibromyalgia to take a magnesium supplement such as magnesium citrate or glycinate at 400 to 600 mg daily, empty stomach. Have her take coq10 at 200 to 300 mg daily with food. And if possible have her take a good quality omega 3 fish oil that has a high EPA and DHA content to it, like Nordic naturals ultimate omega product. Have her take 2 softgels daily with food. These three supplements can help with her condition. She just needs to take them every day for best results. I have similar condition and these can really be supportive, along with a very good diet. Lots of vegetables, fish, salmon, good beneficial healthy fats and oils. Kind of like the Mediterranean diet. Have her cut way back on any type of sugar or sugary foods and pop. Hope this helps 🙏.
