this is gonna be a long one so buckle up I listened to this audio and the hawks audio a couple times and went to sleep. When I got to sleep I was in a dream that I had a few nights ago, I don't remember what exactly the dream was about but I was in a vacation home by myself and I thought someone was outside so I went into some invisible entryway under the stairs (?). the 'ride' down to wherever I was going had a normal sensation of what I would feel in my dreams. It was when I ended up in a vehicle that my dad hadn't owned since I was a little kid that I started to realize it was probably a lucid dream. My dad was driving and the road we were on was a familiar road that I went on all the time but it suddenly turned into a road that I'd never seen before and things started blurring out like blind spots. I tried creating a 'portal' so my dr and when I tried doing that, I could somewhat move my body freely, and I leaned forward in the seat, but instead of creating a portal or falling forward I FELL THROUGH EVERYTHING AND THE ONLY WAY I CAN DESCRIBE IT IS GETTING FLUNG THROUGH TIME AND SPACE. I could feel what I assume to be wind in my ears and I could see vague images of my dr. @@chriss9093 I was just laying on my floor closing my eyes and visualizing what I wanted, and what my dr would look like. I felt tingles in my legs and they started spreading to the rest of my body. I felt myself kind of lift up out of my body. It scared me so I opened my eyes and just said “shift now” they everything around me got really blurry. I didn’t quite shift but I know I will soon! THIS WORKS! However, before learning to shift you need to learn how to be safe in your DR. Like the title says, drink lots of water, but not too much. For me at least, drinking water helps me focus, which could help. Plus, make a safe word for when you want to leave your DR. For example, mine is 7 ate 9, because it’s easy to remember and probably won’t be used in conversations. Plus, have a clear vision on where you want to shift. If you don’t, you may end up in a different reality. Don’t stress. That won’t help. Have fun shifters, you can shift and will! Have fun shifting :D!
