Powerful! USS Wisconsin Battleship Tour - Norfolk, VA
We had a very fun exciting time exploring the famous "Old Wisky" USS Wisconsin Battleship in Norfolk VA.
The guns on the main deck are as big as trees and shoot artillery shells that weigh as much as a Volkswagen Bug 24 miles out. WOW!
The girls found the control room and brig and AJ and Robert found the mess hall and Captain's quarters.

They get paid for what they do. Why are they any different? Quit glorifying them all your doing is creating swollen heads and swollen ego’s. many other people in society work far harder and receive no accolades at all.

정말 대단하고 멋진 배틀쉽이네! 보통 남자들이 이런걸 좋아하는데 그래도 케이시 케일라도 좋아할 팩터가 많았다~ 벙커에 이발소 등. 23마일이나 폭탄이 날아간다니 그것도 어마어마 하다!

나도 애들도 처음엔 이런건 남자들이 좋아하는거라 생각해 시큰둥하게 따라갔다가 거다한 군함보구 신기하고 어마어마하게 큰배 보구 신나게 구경했다는 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ😝😍

The Nauticus is a great museum, and the USS Wisconsin was a really fun adventure. Keep the kids close, if they are younger, they could easily get lost in there.

Hey you guys did a fantastic job on this video. I truly enjoyed it. That ship reminded me of serving on the USS Longbeach CGN-9. It was the greatest experience of my life.

I was never on submarines. I was a Sonar Technician 1st Class Petty Officer. My job as a sonar tech was anti-submarine-warfare.

What kind of camera did you use to shoot this video? The playback was very digitized on both my tablet and my desktop computer.

most of the footage was shot on our iPhones. The digitized video is usually a variable of internet connection. I have experienced it on other videos and devices. A video someone else created will look bad or digitized one day, and then the next, the video is clear. Sorry to hear you're having trouble with it. Give it another try on another day. Hopefully it will clear up.

Iam a retired navy some terms are galley, berthing, rack , bulkhead, head, hatch,overhead ect.

how long does it take to walk through the museum before you walk through the battleship?

@@davidwillers652 hi David! Great question. It really depends on if you want to take the time to view the museum on the way, which you can view on the way out as well. You can just walk all the way through and go straight to the ship. If you go straight to the ship, it’ll probably take you less than 10 minutes to get there.

The scary thing is the US Navy suffered massive casualties in one battle than the entire US marine division campaign in Guadalcanal. Imagine that chaos in one night 😲.
