KK = THE DEADLIFT TANK no one compares to his style of deadlifting upper back rounding and lower back in a perfect position, upper back rounding allows for a much bigger pull.
His legs are not small at all , if you have ever seen him live you will understand . The guy is 6'3 with a huge upper body , therefore giving the illusion of smaller legs in video . He swamps manlets in reality all day everyday :)
i used to say unfortunately aswell , however its nothing but good things bro :) yes it will take longer for us taller guys but the results and looks in the street are priceless. small guys just dissapear in the crowd heheh
Actually, a guy that I used to train with went to Slovakia in 2003 to compete in the world's comp and witnessed Konstantin playing around with 900 plus pounds on half pulls deads. He also told me that the man looked intimadating but at the contrary a very nice dude. And yes, he also told me that that Konstantin was very muscular everywhere (legs and all) but foremost a strengths freak.
Ethnically he is I believe, his first and last name is Russian, culturally too I guess seeing how he natively speaks Russian. People traveled and moved a lot within USSR so quite a lot of Russians ended up outside of Russia after the break up.
Rounding the lower back is incredibly dangerous, KK was a master of keeping a neutral lumbar spine while rounding the upper back which is relatively safe.
strongest grip in powerlifting. not only because he's able to hold onto like 900lbs for like 10 seconds easy, the fact that he can trap bar deadlift that much and his grip is no problem...no mixed grip possible for that bar lol. amazing
Indeed it is remarkable. However the trap bar is actually easier on the forearms than a straight bar with mixed grip, since the handles don’t rotate and because the hands are in the neutral position.
B Tron Obviously an unbelievable amount lmao. What kind of question is that? All elite heavyweights in any strength sport are juiced out their minds. It's an intrinsic component of the sport.
Hi guys! Doing planks is advisable. They are great! Trains your ab and your whole core. Alsp very good for warm up. One other exercise, front squat, that is crucial. Tschüss!
