Thanks for showing a variety of exercises. I lifted wts for long time, but through the years my body has more aches lol. Bought a bullworker, and want to try power twisters too, because I think I would stick to it better . Thanks
Thanks, I used to have a large power twister. This was 20 years ago. It was quite challenging. When friends came over for a couple of beers the thing always grabbed their attention. This 80 kg twister seems like an incredible challenge. I will ask my wife one for Christmas. ☺
Phantom knight Basically any lighter one will do. The moves behind the back take more strength and then a lighter will make it more doable. Personally I collect models. Sometimes you can find them at recycle stores. Great luck with your training. ☺
