If the voltage is low in a PowerView™ or PowerRise® battery wand, the powered shade may act very erratic. You can test the wand with a volt meter to ensure it is putting out adequate voltage, but reaching the wand terminals is a bit tricky. Here is a way that makes it very easy to test the battery wand voltage.
