Depends, honestly. The Quarry's werewolves are amazing, because they show how a curse like that should affect a human being. Eatenbyghouls After the first chorus, there is another instrumental break, much like the live version. During the other instrumental after the “omnis draco maledicte et omnis legio diabolica” part, the fast snares have been swapped for a constant kick beat. And as for the very beginning, the intro for the original Werewolves of Armenia was cut. Part of it was left on the ending of Seven Deadly Saints on the Bible of the Beast album, as a rollover intro between the two songs. On this one, since it’s a remaster, the entire intro is kept on the one song.

@@justinoffield8664 According to Google Translate Cantus Lupus translates to Singing Wolf, Agnus Totus to "All of lamb" which whole lamb also makes sense. It's weird if you translate it all together though, at which point it becomes "Lamb all singing wolf" unless you capitalize all of the words, where it becomes "All singing Wolf Track" which is pretty fitting for the song itself.

I wish so hard that Power and Symphonic Metal Bands would expand the Universe "Tales from Kingdom of Fife" from Gloryhammer! Songs where like Windrose plays the Astral Dwarfs and Powerwolf are the Dark Sorcerers of Zargothrax. 1-2 Bonus Songs in the next Albums to expand the biggest Metal Universe together with Gloryhammer!!! If you like this idea please share it as much as you like!!!!! :D maybe some Band would read it

I actually wish for such Power metal bands to start getting more serious or at least original with their lyrics and themes. It's a shame for such talent to be wasted on banal and repetitive concepts, let alone feeding their already meme-ish fame. Sci-fi, Pirates, Fantasy, Horror, Religion and such can very well be explored and brought up much more deeply than "LAIZA!! YO-HO-HO!! DRAGONSS!! BLOOODDD!! HALLELUJAH!!"

Marco Mendicino, in case you haven't heard about them, you should give Sabaton a try. They sing about historical events and their songs are definitely more serious than the ones produced by Gloryhammer, Powerwolf or Alestorm.

@@danizk0 Sabaton face a more serious theme, but they're still overly simplistic and VERY repetitive, both in lyrics and writing. You can hear the same melodies and solutions in every album since years. They're one of my most played bands, but still...

I'm Polish but I love learning about different cultures, history, local myths, etc. Armenia wasn't high on my list of countries I wanted to deep dive in, but this song changed that. The story behind this myth was really interested. Only now I realize that many smaller countries also have awesome culture that I would like to know more about. If anyone has more interesting facts or stories from a smaller culture I would be happy to receive propositions. Love to Powerwolf and all Armenians.

There are no small cultures in the Middle East, it is the cradle of civilizations where everyone played an important role and has a culture older than many European cultures, such as the Assyrians and their culture. It was the greatest nation and country in the past, which did not survive to this day, but influenced every nation in the Middle East, there are one million Assyrians in the world, but this does not make their culture small, there are Druzes in Lebanon, Kalashes in Pakistan, etc. These are small nations and all of them have very interesting cultures and traditions. in Europe, people are too narcissistic, and they think that right behind Europe the desert begins, and the Middle East is generally a red zone for Europeans, although it was from there that writing, Christianity, Mithraism, numbers and civilization in general came.

West Asia is part of Middle East, before semitic invasion the majority population of Middle east were armenoids: Hurrians, Akkadian, Armenians, Hittities, Sumerians. But at the same time the Armenian highlands itself are one of the arguably original birthplace of Indo-Europeans. So Armenia itself and armenians as people are bbridge between Europe and Asia.
