Ah yes, the E.R. collet system. The highly generalized and hardly repeatable collet system that replaces several more accurate systems for some reason. Fuck E.R. collets. Do yourself a favor and buy an application specific collet. You Will make up the price difference in tool life due to less run out.

i dont think you know what powrgrip is. it has the same if not better runout than shrink fit and has way more torque transfer than a shrink fit holder too. also they give you a guarantee of 50.000 clamp/unclamp cycles with the same runout and clamping force.
