There are but people don't follow them. Ask yourself what they're incentive would be if they're dishonest crooks and still get to rub elbows with politicians, receive awards and are financially rewarded. yup, this is 100% capitalism's fault. if we had a socialist or communist framework, instead of capitalistic, these types of issues would never happen. after all, remember every prior socialist/ communist practicing country produces (or produced) the highest quality goods and services. those Soviet vehicles and goods were known for their quality, they were so much higher quality than American goods. those Chinese goods and services were and are known for their quality, if you want to buy anything of the highest quality today, you go to China. too bad America doesn't adopt socialism or communism, we would have such high quality goods and services if this happened!
