Selbstgebauter Spitzenpegelmesser mit 5x LM3915 + 1x LM3916 pro Kanal = insgesamt 120Leds. Selfmade peak program meter with 5x LM3915 + 1x LM3916 per channel = 120Led's total.
This is by far the best LED VU meter I've ever seen. Not only its technical design and accuracy, but also its appearance and absolute perfection in every respect. Other creators have something to learn from it. It is a pity that no details are available regarding its implementation for other avid admirers. This piece would be guaranteed to enrich many audio enthusiasts. It's something similar like a delicious meal seen only from behind the window of an interesting restaurant. You can see that, but it can't be tasted. Why not to share it with others? That is my question. I spent a lot of money buying similar "children's toys", which can in no way be compared to this VU meter.
Hi, the 0dB point is adjustable. So you can calibrate the meter to any reference level you want up to about 10V. Once calibrated the meters work very accurately. Cheers
Hi. Very good job. As I Understand, the last in the row is LM3916, and first five are LM3915. Can you write for me dB levels? I can't read them well on the video. And last, did you used some sort of linear rectifier based on op-amp at signal input?
Hi! This is the best ppm ballistics I've seen implemented with lm3915/16! I can't find your schematic anywhere. There's no email in your youtube channel, could you add one so I can DM you for the schematic?
Hi there, great job on the VU meters. One question: How do you calibrate them? I mean, if you send them a signal at 0dB, will they show that accurately? Thanks!
hey :D schaut extrem super aus! könntesd du mir den schalplan schicken.. bin nämlich schon länger auf der suche nach einem vu meter mit mehreren lm3915! (:
