I am not a professional or advanced not even an intermediate keyboardist. Just my review. The song was sung in D minor. Possible relative chords are Dm, C, Bb, F, Gm, Am. Derrick played G at 26th sec. But, Pr. John Jebaraj thought the chord G might not be suitable for that particular worship atmosphere. Many used Gsus2, Gadd9 or G in the particular area in their covers. At prechorus, the chord progression was not commonly used where John pastor asked the musicians to play the following chord progressiona by the hand gestures 5-1-4-6 that means Gm-C-F-Am. However, Derrick and all the musicians are very well talented and experts. Music is not limited to a certain boundary. Pr. John Jebaraj suggested those chord progressions would be suitable for the people to feel the worship ambience.
