I'm a man that is in touch with my feminine aspect and I forced myself over the years to be expressive and that has really helped me to feel the joy of life to a great extent. I usually look at and observe people a lot in order to learn lessons for myself and i noticed that over 80% of men are usually locked up emotionally, always frowning their faces and trying to form tough and masculine. The only time they re permitted to free themselves is either when they are drinking or watching football or having sex.
