The video series ‘Practice Being Human' conveys the experience of being present by the means of improvised music and visual anthropology. By using a single camera with a first-person perspective the viewers are invited to a highly personal space where authentic decisions are shaping the structure of time and the quality of sound at every millisecond.
In each video two or three musicians are invited to play for a maximum of 5 minutes in a non-conventional setting. By listening to the space, each other and themselves these meetings become a place for exploration of sound and the human condition in general.

A Practice Being Human az improvizált zene és a vizuális antropológia keresztmetszetében fogalmazza meg az emberi jelenlét és valóság élményét. Idejében szigorúan keretezett, 3-5 perces együttlétekre épül, melyekben az alkotók együtt lélegeznek a környezetükkel. A videósorozatban intim hangulatú duók és triók instant kompozícióit tapasztalhatjuk, melyek egyedi topográfiákat hoznak létre. Itt minden résztvevő egyszerre alkotó és utas.
