I'm a native speaker who found this as I was looking for help from a person I'm tutoring in English. This has many mistakes. "What can I help you?"?? First off, it should be "How can I help you," and second, a server or host is likely to say that. There are many problems with the English throughout.

Yes, on the screen is correct. An author was maybe confused by an "in the picture" and "on the picture" difference. "My uncle was in the picture. There was a speck of dust on the picture."
Oh dear! Again, many mistakes in this video. Too many to go through now. This is the problem with computer speech. I can’t see the value in posting good videos without checking the language properly first. It would be a fantastic resource if you did.
