Unless you practice to speak English you won't able to become fluent. You should listen to a lot of English, Read and Write. Then you should practice. Unless you open your mouth to speak you won't able to speak at all.
During my college days, we sued to stay in a lodge where some students of Adayar Film Institute also stayed. While we used to practice speaking, these boys practiced dialogue in an effort to enter film world. Later one of these boys rose up to become an outstanding actor. He is none but Mr. Rajini Kant. I am proud to stay that Rajini Kant and we were sharing the same place to stay.
Everyone knows about Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Sir. He is an inspiration to millions of people. He is a typical example of someone who came from a very ordinary background to achieve success in life. Get inspired on seeing such people.
