Practicing With Pain | Discussion 

A Dhamma discussion based on the question...
"How can we be more aware of identifying with thoughts of me and mine when the body is experiencing chronic pain that is crippling and then adds more pain (2nd arrow).? I do practice when calm, but some days the entire body starts up and the mind melts down, gets hijacked."
