Oh wow, that's brilliant a few of the subbies watching helped you catch that flaw and you were able to get a replacement bag. You definitely have to be vigilant when inspecting your luxury, because spend way too much money on these pieces for them to be damaged. I just bought this bag from 2 days ago at an airport, thanks to your video I noticed I have the same flaw. Can I go to any Prada store to request a replacement?
It seems to be a “normal” thing with this bag. My sa sorted through several of them to find my new one. I’m honestly not sure how to do it since you bought it at a different location. I went back to the same place I bought it to get a new one. Either way I’d go up there and see if they can do it for you.
Unpopular opinion - I’m not sure if the wrinkles on the inside would’ve bothered me because I think the bag as a whole is SO gorgeous! Who’s gonna see the inside but me, you know what I mean? Glad you were able to find one that was significantly better than your original
