Thanks for the review. I wear my other Praesidus watches mostly for fun and because they remind me of the history. But I could see wearing this one specifically for when I go swimming or to the beach. It's a modern size and built solid to handle the water. Very cool!
Much more wearable than the venerable Zlatoust you showcased once. I can't explain why but I like this design. There's even a shaddy aliexpress seller who copies it, so it has its niche I guess.
They call it the 'canteen'. Exactly how much water will it hold? Is this information given in the specs. That 'chain' is shouting out to all doors and furniture 'hit me'! Sorry, that crown device looks vaguely daft, particularly on a desk diver.
Have you seen this watch with the cage over the dial that was actually used by the Underwater Demolition Team members that added themselves Actually way more sought after The Russians had perfected it for thier Navy and still sought after today Thanks for sharing as always my friend 👍
I'm really interested in this watch. Love the history as well as the military aesthetic but am worried about the comfort with that giant crown. I wish I could try it on before deciding to buy. Also, great video and review!
Wasn't the original Cartier Pasha from the 1930s the first watch to use a screw cap attached to the case in order to get the whole thing waterproof, because the Pasha of Marrakesh, who ordered it from Louis Cartier, didn't want to take off his precious little watch when he went swimming and diving in his pool?
