A very well explained way of growing clematis. I have six here in N. Ireland and have had a few questions which were answered in this dialogue. I have three varieties and look forward to their marvellous show every year. My Montana has gone crazy and has to be cut back. A small blue one called Spikey is the earliest to show every year. Very informative video about Clematis.I have just been fixing a trellis for a Clematis in my garden and I noticed an attractive fern like weed at the base of the Clematis.I was thinking about pulling it out but will leave it in now as it will provide protection from the Sun for the roots of the Clematis.Thanks.
