Ingredients : 4 Ready baked cake sheets
500g Ricotta Cheese
500ml Heavy Cream
2x8g Sachets of Vanilla Sugar
400g Nutella
350g Apricot Jam
2tsp Orange Extract

Glaze : 150g Milk Chocolate + 3tbsp Sunflower Oil

Add the cheese cream in a bowl , Nutella, vanilla sugar and 2 teaspoons of orange extract. Mix for 1 minute then add in the heavy cream and continue mixing until you get a dense cream .
In the middle of a plater , add a bit of the cream ,a cake sheet on top of it, then place a rectangular cake shape over it and add 1 spoon of jam . Add 3 spoons of cream on top of the jam and level everything equally .Repeat until you're done and save a bit of cream to decorate the cake at the end .
Microwave the chocolate and 3 spoons of oil then pour it on the cake . Refrigerate the cake for at least 3-4 hours or overnight .Then portion it and decorate with the rest of the cream that you saved earlier .I also added a couple of orange slices and some chocolate flakes. Enjoy !
