Sis, I always love the cruise videos. Bahamas 🇧🇸 port has come a long way. We were there last month. Everything looks great. If you had walked down to Junkanoo Beach you would have found some oxtails there. My husband loves the Aqua show on Allure. I loved Mama Mia but my husband was like “nope”, it was too long for him and so he headed to the sports bar until I was ready. 😂 Allure is the only Oasis class ship that hasn’t been amplified yet , it goes in for refurbishment in 2025.

I was there in April 2023 for my bday and we caught a taxi to Junkanoo Beach. It was my first cruise and first time there and I didnt know we could walk there or we would have instead of spending money for a taxi. The port didnt look so beautiful when we went because it was still construction. I didnt even get to get my passport stamped. Cant wait to go back to do more.

The cruiselines have not gotten 100% back since the pandemic. The ships are not fully staffed like before so you will notice a difference. The Allure was awesome in its day and thats why its scheduled to be refurbished. I have taken a brief pause from booking so many cruises until everything gets back to normal otherwise to cruise is just to relax on the water or to see different ports. Hence, cheaper prices (cheaper cruises).
