wonderful mantra for mental health and peace of mind
this exquisite Sanskrit Mantra is from Rig veda 6.61.4
प्रणो देवी सरस्वती वाजेभिर्वाजिनीवती धीनामवित्र्यवतु
praṇo devī sarasvatī vājebhirvājinīvatī dhīnāmavitryavatu
“may goddess saraswati protect us in all aspects’ she is full of plentitude and with the steeds life force of plenty, she is the guardian of thoughts”
(translation RL Kashyap)
After chanting it once, i start to sing some of the "Krama-patha: a step-by-step recitation where euphonically-combined words are paired successively and sequentially and then recited". This method of chanting enables the sounds to really embed deep in the consciousness never to be forgotten.
