I just cooked this. It was the one of the best food I cooked! I can still taste it on my tongue after having eaten an hour ago.. I put milk instead of coconut cos I didn't have one.But It turned out so drooling delicious.

What I love the most about this recipe is, this is the way of cooking in most of the Indian households. She is not trying to be fancy like Saute this, Grind that, Use this pan, that Ladle. She made us realise that cooking can be fun with whatever accesories and ingredients we have.

Just the way to do it..Simple Tasty Village delicacy... Grandma at that age is the Boss..Also the best way to eat .. only cooking this in the surroundings..and under Coal /wood and outdoors..most average city homes especially small apartments it will be tough to replicate Grandma's methods.We will need to improvise by using knives..mixie grinder for Ginger garlic paste...Use Gas or electric stove..etc..In short the same Prawn masala will definitely be tastier when cooked in an outdoor environment especially for Single owner Bungalows having their own space to get the same taste...
