Good curry Ian,I have only once seen shrimp cubes in the stores since I came here,I only see chicken,and beef cubes these days.I save all my shrimp shells in the freezer,then use them to make fish chowder.I guess there is no air conditioning on your buses,here they are extremely cold,you need a jacket if spending more than a few minutes on one,same goes for the under ground trains.I always carry a cardigan even on the hottest day.Its been hot this last few days,32C,but felt hotter due to the humidity.😊

Quality looking curry Beddy. Modern buses should have aircon these days, or at least a cool cab option for the driver, for safety reasons.

Beddy lad i prefer a prawn sandwich in seafood sauce with brown bread, skips crisps, and a potato salad, then order a keema curry with peas with a keema naan 😂

You can't work in high temperatures its not right

I don't know whether it's a habit or a health condition, but you really should edit out those noises-not nice in a food video. I DO enjoy your videos.
