ingredients:-
.300 gm jumbo prawns
2 onion
1 tomato
15-20 garlic cloves
1 piece ginger
.80 gm fresh coriander
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp degi mirch powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
chop coriander
1/2 tsp garam masala powder

The dish looks yum Pls try this by cooking the prawns just for a couple of minutes before adding it to the gravy and for one minute after adding to the gravy This way the prawns will hold a nice crunchy texture instead of rubbery and thread like texture.
