Seriously, people say he's not doing it out of the goodness of his heart, but like, most people don't either. Therapists, clergymen, counselors, and teachers are paid to do it as all or part of their job. Here he's paid both by the school in cash, and Ciel in soul food. Only thing is that Sebastian is really worth his salt. :P
