You can quit smoking if you're determined to quit. My late husband was a chain smoker but when he decided to quit, he succeeded. It was not easy though. When he started to crave smoking, he would do walking exercises. Will pray for you.

Thank you for sharing this great chaplet. The one thing I would suggest, is slowing down just a little on the recitation of the Lord's Prayer and the Hail Mary. The prayers seemed rushed.
