Thank you for myself and the country of Biafra. You probably have not herd of this place or its people. They are tested by blood and are of Jewish ancestry. Oppression, kids being stolen from their orphanages, schools etc. Is common. I ask any that will yo research and pray for these people. Thank you

Is it ok to do yoga or is that not good to do as a Christian? I would love to have some discernment in this subject.

Great question! I believe it's personal between you and God. He will let you know if it's appropriate for you or not. For me, there have been yoga instructors who I trust and who aren't making the yoga class full of Buddhist ritual. And other times, I've gotten a strong sense that an instructor is aligned with the enemy and really trying to make it a faith thing, and I wasn't comfortable with it. So just use your discernment!
